Coinbase and Bithumb users hit by data leaks
Coinbase and Bithumb users have been affected by data leaks. Hackers targeted Bithumb's internal systems and Coinbase's analytics vendor, Amplitude, leading to the exposure of personal information and customer contact data. Coinbase states its own systems were not breached and customer funds are safe. Other South Korean financial firms and Monero swap firm Wagyu also reported data breaches.
