Cosmos Labs stated that a bug, which was the cause of a $5.7 million six-chain hack, was wrongly cleared. MANTRA Chain, which lost $3.6 million, reported that the patch was released only 20 hours prior to the attack and did not identify the specific flaw it addressed.
