Add BiFi lending interest-accrual PoC (~165.6K USDT, Ethereum, Oct 2026)

An exploit on the BiFi USDT market on Ethereum resulted in a loss of approximately $165,574 USDT. The attack exploited an interest accrual mechanism by using flash loans to manipulate utilization rates.
